We are located in Rio do Sul - SC. If you're nearby, you can buy from the website and pick up from stock.
The deadline for collection in person is approximately 6 hours after confirming the purchase, but always within opening hours, which are from 9am to 6pm.
For example: If you purchased on Friday at 8pm, you will be able to collect your order on Monday from 2pm.
Delivery days and times
Our deliveries are made on all working days, with exceptions on Saturdays. Orders placed in the morning can be processed the same day, but generally after 2pm, they will be processed the following day.
I received the tracking code, but it doesn't work.
As soon as your order reaches us, the shipping process begins, where a tracking code without information is generated.
This code is automatically validated by the Post Office, as soon as your order arrives at the agency.
For example: Your order is placed at 8am, we separate it and send it to the Post Office, which in turn only beeps your order label at 5pm. This tracking code will only work from 5pm onwards, even though it was generated at 8am.
The ideal is to start checking on the Correios website 1 business day after the order is in shipped status.

Address filled out incorrectly, or item returned
It is the customer's responsibility, at the time of purchase, to correctly enter the delivery address details, with number, complement, and address information. If the order is returned to us, due to an error in the address, or because the carrier is unable to deliver, the customer will be charged new shipping or refunded.
Attention: With all purchases, the customer receives the tracking code or link to check the progress of their order. Compra Cuecas does not monitor all codes, so if there are orders awaiting collection at the Post Office, the customer must go to the branch to collect it. This is a Post Office policy, and we do not have the autonomy to request a new delivery.
Delivery attempts:
PAC: Two (2) delivery attempts are made.
Sedex: 3 (three) delivery attempts are made.
If this is unsuccessful, the customer must wait until the order returns to request a refund, or pay new shipping.
Orders delivered via courier:
It may be that your order has not yet been updated and, if you do not have the tracking code, follow the steps below.
1. Access the link: tracking.totalexpress.com.br
2. Enter your CPF (without dots or dashes)
3. You will have access to all invoices sent by the carrier.
